Q. How long will it take me to receive my order?

A. Orders are being shipped within 7-10 days.
Locally, you may pick up your order from our studio. Please call and make arrangements. Please allow extra delivery time during Holidays.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. All orders are shipped via USPS. We will notify you when your item is shipped so that you will know when to expect it.

Q. Sales Tax?

A. Sales tax will be calculated in Paypal for NC residents only. There is no sales tax calculated on Shipping and handling. If you are calling us to make payment, then we can tell you what the sales tax will be.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. PayPal is a secure payment processing company. If you are not comfortable making online payments, please call our office and we will take your credit card over the phone. We also accept Cashier’s checks and money orders. Your order will not go to production until payment has been received.

Q. May I purchase a Gift Certificate?

A. Yes, we offer Gift Certificates

Q. How much will it cost for Shipping/Handling?

A. Shipping is calculated based on Total Amount of your order, unless a larger quantity order is placed. If your order is over 100.00, please contact us for a quote.

$1.00- $30 = $5.50
$30.01-$50 = $6.50
$50.01-$75 = $7.50
$75.01-$100.00 = $10.00

Q. Can I rush my order?

A. Please contact us to discuss time frame and if any additional shipping costs will apply. We love to accommodate you!

Q. Can I have you embroider on an item I supply?

A. Yes, we will be happy to embroider on an item that you provide. Please contact us regarding your item and we will give you a quote on the embroidery.

Q. May I select my favorite Font and thread color for the design?

A. We offer several Fonts and thread colors. If you do not see a font or thread color that you want, please contact us.

Q. May I return or exchange an item?

A. Because of personalization – we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please double check your order before placing. Changes can only be made to your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, therefore we make every effort to make sure you receive a quality product and are pleased with it.
